"Green City Action Plans (GCAP) as strategies for urban resilience"

In this webinar, we continued with STEP4/COMMIT & PLAN of the UrbanByNature program. The participants were introduced by ICLEI European Secretariat into the methodology of Green City Action Plans (GCAP) as strategic planning and investment methodology employed by EBRD for Green Cities and the potential role of nature-based solutions in building urban resilience through this framework. Further, the Participants heard about GCAP experiences from three cities in two Caucasian countries: Yerevan and Gyumri (Armenia), including the resilience initiatives in Tbilisi (Georgia).
